We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available upon request.

Order Processing

Temperature-Sensitive Products
CGM sensors should be stored at room temperature. During extreme weather, we may use insulated packaging or delay shipments to protect product integrity.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order if necessary.
