Returns

Due to the medical nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety and integrity.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in resalable condition with all seals intact.

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened CGM sensors and medical devices cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you experience a product defect, please contact our support team for assistance.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please include photos or documentation of the defect.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product in original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
